Jason unlocked and opened the door to his apartment. "There Reimi, come on in. You can sit on the couch in the other room. Want a drink? I have basically everything." He offered as he held the door for her and waited for her to enter.

Entering Jason's apartment, Reimi immediately her way to the couch. "I'm fine, but thank you for asking." she answered, sitting down. "I have you to thank for saving me, don't I?"

"You can if you want." Jason replied with a smile. "I'm just glad your okay, but more interested in what happened in our duel. Look." Jason showed her Starlight Gem Dragon and now it looked like a normal card. "And when Divine revealed himself in your body, some weird mark appeared on my arm."

"Near the end, there was some sort of black mist that enveloped me." Reimi began, keeping her eyes on him. "It cut off my air supply and choked me. I fell unconscious and that's what happened. I'm sorry that I can't tell you more."

"I was wondering how he was able to control you and manipulate you as his puppet. No doubt when he learns you're still alive you'll be a target for him to kill too." Jason replied, "but look, remember that strange pack we both got at that store? One of cards became normal! That Starlight Gem Dragon is normal! It's what helped me save you!" Jason showed her that the card's text was now normally readable as well as its picture appeared. "Isn't that strange?"

"What?" Reimi asked, wanting to see the card that saved her. "I guess these cards are more than just cards, huh? I wonder when mine will show up." she said, remembering that her strange card still had unreadable text and a blank picture.

She nodded, telling him she did remember. "At first, he looked like a normal human and then he changed. His entire appearance conpletely changed. His eyes showed nothing. No anger, no remorse, not even a hint of emotion. They were completely lifeless, like he wasn't even alive. I couldn't sense a presence after that." Reimi knew she could go on and on, but she wanted to hear what Jason thought before continuing

She shook her head. "With no presence, I'm unable to detect any auras." Reimi answered, wanting to test out her new deck, but was in no condition to duel yet. "I would like a fun duel in a bit, but right now, I'm in no condition to duel right now, okay?"

"It's much better then testing them on you or me without knowing what they can do. Besides, I'm planning to just get a small bird or rabbit to use it on." Jason explained. After she asked her question, he nodded. "The third room down the hall. It was going to be my sister's room but she decided to go to a school in Electopia instead. But she still hasn't had time to clear all of her stuff and clothes which she brought here before she decided to go to college."

"Alright. Also, if you want to change into some other clothes, I can have those washed. It's free here. In the meantime, you can use one of my sister's dresses. They should fit since you two seem to be the same size." Jason offered, noting that her clothes were messed up from all that had occurred. "If you want the dresses are in the closet. She won't mind, most likely she wont even remember these are here until she comes here next year."

"Thank you for the directions." Reimi replied, as she entered the room. He does have a point. she thought, looking at her clothes and seeing the dirt on it. No point in keeping the dirt on me. Let's see the dresses in the closet. As she opened the closet, she saw mostly dresses. Reimi took her time choosing which dress would be right for her.

Meanwhile Jason left to get an animal. He walked down to an animal shop and decided to get a bird in a cage for his test. He also decided to buy a new pack or two while he was out. It took him nearly an hour before he came back to his apartment. "I wonder how Reimi's doing" he mentioned to himself as he walked back in. "Reimi, are you all okay? How are you feeling?" He asked as he walked towards the closed door of his sister's former room.

After choosing a black dress, Reimi put it on her. When she looked in the mirror, she heard Jason's voice. "Yes, I'm okay. Thank you for asking." she answered back, continuing to look in the mirror. "I finally chose a dress. I think it looks good."

"Good idea, there's a balcony right out those doors." Jason suggested. "Come on" Jason opened the doors and walked outside with the bird in the cage that he bought. "I should probably use a card that I can easily tell when its in effect... Like Cold Wave or Gorgon's Eye... what do you think I should use Reimi?"
