"It's my turn!" Jack declared. "I draw!" He looked at the card. "Battle! Red Dragon Archfiend attack him directly! Absolute Powerforce!" The Dragon's hand started on fire and it charged right at Don.

"Reverse card open" he said activating a button on his duel disk activating his facedown card "trap card mirror force." Russo said "your dragon is destroyed. Not a decoy this time. Its the real deal." Russo explained.

"Counter Trap Open! Destruction Jammer! When a card you control would destroy any number of Monsters I control I can activate this! This will negate that card and Destroy it but only after I Discard 1 Card." Jack declared, he then discarded his card. "Too bad for your Mirror Force."

"stonewalled again" Russo sighed. As his trap was negated and his lifepoints dropped to 1,700. "one more attack like this and its finished. With no cards in my hand I can't do much of anything on my upcoming turn." he though as the duel neared its conclusion "guess these old cards just can't make the impact they used to. Although I like to reminisce about the old days" he though

"it might. anythings possible" Russo said with a shrug "lets see what fate has in store now. I draw" he said pulling a card "this may help, I just need to get rid of that dragon and hope he doesn't draw a monster. a tall order no doubt" Russo thought "I set one card facedown, turn end" he said as the card appeared on his field "if I get rid of his dragon and can draw Meanae the thorn. I will be able to add a dark scorpion card to my hand. and finnally I will be able to use their effects to my benefit" Russo thought with a smile as he began to formulate a potential comeback plan

"It all comes down to this Jack" Russo said staring down his ace dragon "Reverse card open. Dimensional Prison. Your atacking monster is banished." Russo said knowing that if this last ditch trap would be negated the duel would be over.

"Nice move" Jack growled as his favorite Monster was Banished. "But it won't beat me. I activate Call of the Haunted! Rise again Vice Dragon!" Vice Dragon appeared and roared. "Time to end this. Vice Dragon attack Don directly!" Vice Dragon blasted out a Fireball at Don.

as the fireball from his vice dragon streamed toward him. a smile came across his face, not regret. the duel had reached its climax. and although doing no damage in the duel Russo had no regrets. as his lifepoint meter clicked down to zero and the holograms disapeared. he looked across the field at the victor. no animosity, he closed up his duel disk sighed and began to walked toward Jack, it was a good duel after all he would give him a handshake, that is unless he would act like a jerk in victory.
as Russo approached he carried himself in a dignified way "well Jack, that was a good duel. hope you go far and claim victory" he said extending his hand outward to shake his "I wouldn't want my loss to go unavenged, if you fail to claim victory that would be an unsatisfactory result" he said with a smile.

"Have no worry Don, my Power deck will blast through anything my Opponents have for me. You're defeat will not be in vain, I promise." Jack told him as he got back on hid Duel Runner. "Well later" he said before he rode off.
