Round 2: Jason vs. Reimi

[Divine]

"have it your way" he said as as the blast came toward her
(in Divine's office at the A.M)
"your usefulness has ended." he said breaking the mind control over her mind forcefully in an attempt to end her life as he had done to Blaze awhile ago. Divine walked over to the window pane in his office. and looked out it toward the Duel stadium. "soon he is going to be a threat I can no longer push aside with simple mind control and psychic powers. but for now he can savor his victory. I look forward to the time when I can destroy him personally" Divine said to himself under his breath as he walked over to his desk and sat down in his chair. grabbed his keyboard and placed it on top of his desk and began to type information into the database for future use.

as he typed his information the thought of that dragon could not escape his mind. "where did that card come from" he thought as he tried to find information on the card. to his surprise no information existed in the database or from any other source for that matter. Divine reclined back in his chair rubbing his chin in deep thought.

Jason watched Reimi fall to the ground and his mark glowed. 'Please give me the power to save my friend!' he thought. "I activate Starlight Gem Dragon's ability! Reimi recovers 300 Lifepoints for each Spell card I have! Go Glowing Star!" The Dragon began to glow and small lights fell upon Reimi. 'Come on Reimi! Wake up! Don't die on me!' he thought intently.

[Reimi Saionji]

A few seconds later, Reimi regained consciousness and had no clue where she was or how she got there. Picking herself up, she held her head and looked around, wracked with pain. "Huh? Wh-where am I?" she asked, unaware that Jason was beside her.

"Reimi! Your alive!" Jason shouted. "How do you feel? Nothing hurting or broken?" He asked. Extremely excited that she was at least still alive... And hopefully, Divine didn't leave any other nasty suprises for him.

[Reimi Saionji]

Turning to see Jason there, she immediately hugged him tightly, now putting her complete trust in him. "I feel like hell...or at least...put through it." she answered softly. "I can barely remember anything."

"You don't remember what you were just doing?" Jason asked confused. "You don't remember dueling me and trying to kill me?"

[Reimi Saionji]

Reimi shook her head. "The last thing I remember before passing out was dueling Divine." she answered, pulling away. "After that, well...there's nothing. It's all blank, like an empty page. Wait...I was trying to kill you? How and for what purpose?" This was all new to her and having no recollection after her time at the Arcadia Movement, she needed to find out everything she could.

[megamanlan]

"Divine. He was controlling you and was about to kill you. But I stopped him. Perhaps we should go back to my apartment. There I can explain more... You never know who's watching here." Jason mentioned. "But you saw Divine? What'd he look like?"

[Reimi Saionji]

She placed a hand on her side, feeling the pain she was in. "Let's...go." she said, not wanting to stay here any longer. "I can tell you when we get to your place." Right now, all she wanted was a place to relax and get better. She obviously wasn't going to get better by standing around here.

Jason nodded and began to lead the way back. "Say do you remember being at my apartment before?" He asked curious.

[Reimi Saionji]

"Very briefly, yes." she answered, following him as fast as she could. "I really don't remember a lot, but I do remember a few things and a new deck that's now completed."
