Name: Xenneth “Marie” Hikari
Nicknames:
Age: 20
Stance: Good
Place of birth: Neo Domino
~Description~
[Face Claim as Jun Watarase from the anime Happiness?!]
When we describe Xenneth’s clothing and style, he usually sports something more of a street attire than looking professional. As a young and trusted division of the Neo Domino’s Emergency Unit (Neo-Unit for short), he seems to have a more free-spirited personality that makes him not worry about procedure and dressing in uniform. Even in his all white clothing: a rounded button top newsboy cap with a black visor, a white vest sleeveless denim jacket (coupled over a long sleeve red shirt) and white jeans pants to match. At the center of his white shirt is a white cross that is the inverted red cross that is noticeable. The tail of his vest is long, leaving it room to blow in the wind.
Other than this, Xenneth seems to have a limited amount of accessories and noticeable features. The most noted is his violet hair that falls to shoulder length and his bangs barely reaching his eyes. His right cheek is tatted with a real heart that slants and twists depending on his expressions. It has a habit of becoming twisted when he is angry and puffs his cheeks and twists his nose. He is right handed, so his duel disk is compact and fits on his left wrist making it seem like a large white node with a red cross upon it before it expands and reveals its true form. The last feature his big red ankle cut boots with a white aligned bottoms sole.
He isn’t exactly stylish, but his bright colors reflects a slightly surprising attitude.
Riding Duel: Yes
::D-Wheel Model || The Heartthrob::
The Heartthrob is a duel runner that takes the form of a Vespa scooter. With a red body coat of paint, sleek in color. It is easy to spot in the light of day, and able to be differentiated from any other scooter as it has a red cross enclosed in a white circular display just below the seat on both sides. These two prints of the art seem to have a square design that secretly holds the compartments for medical equipment that Xenneth holds within his small vehicle. The front is adorned by a single light that has a powerful bulb that can brighten the way in the midst of Neo Domino or Satellite when needed, and if not that light, then the front thick handle has a built in light that revolves around and flashes a bright red as a siren lets off knowing that there is an emergency!
Although fragile in form, it is nothing short of versatile in Riding Duels. The center of the Vespa has a built in square display that reveals the screen that readies itself for riding duels, and a slide out compartment that spreads into five pads with a slot built into each of the thick platofrmss (One pad for each Monster and a slot for each spell and trap card zone). The display seems to have consoles that hold the deck, an opening to discard cards to the grave, and another side to expense extra deck cards. This surely isn’t a child’s scooter! The Heart Throb has a lot of few knick knacks to hide besides the duel console; but also the small thrust exhausts at the near base behind the back wheel that is used for a quick speed up when needed.

Hopes and aspirations?
Save as many lives as possible, even if it means saving the world!
A good person, Xenneth is deeply fazed by how since he was young; he was called weak and fragile. He mostly could not stand up for others because of his shy personality and lack of belief in himself. He would stand by or just outright do the minimum to offer assistance in someone’s time in grief. A person with a broken heart and weeping soul, he turned to Duel Monsters and his love for the duel spirits that he slowly became aware of thanks to the kindness of Nurse Reficule who was attracted to his gentle nature.
However, even Nurse Reficule could not perhaps comprehend the depth of Xenneth’s sadness.
Xenneth’s sadness was still constant even with the duel spirit’s company. He felt confused and at war with himself as his family gone through a rough trial. With his mother and father divorcing one another and himself with his sister caught in the confusion as they were threatened to be separated with them, he was unsure of why things end this way. He questions the idea of “Love” since he knew how his mother and father loved each other, and he wondered why they could not comprehend what it was doing to their family. Becoming twisted and under the impression that “Love” and gentle sentiments would not last forever, he vowed not to cry and thus started to have his pure heart become cold and solid to protect himself. To this point, he tore his presence away from the warmth of the spirits as he spent most of his time focusing on his work. As a result of this, made Xenneth oblivious to the presence of Duel Spirits to the point that he outright felt he was delusional and simply seeing monsters rather than them existing.
Until this day, Xenneth seems to grasp the attention of individuals as he wields a fearsome dedication to helping others, even at the risk of his life that he devalues.

The ray of light swept the calm tides that had tossed and rolled about in a bed of blue. The ocean waters had been in a rage with something disrupting their flow. A single vessel that was as large as an average three story building had so many lights alit on its surface, that it was like an elegant hotel on the waters. The windows were drew, some with curtains, and some were just open to show smiles, smirks, and staring eyes that gazed at the distant island that had come into view. With each passing second that one had drawn close to the other, a single set of blue eyes had been dull as the lids had nearly shut in dismay.
He was not ready for this, but what could he do?
By the time he had juggled an imaginary paradise in mind, a solace away from this fated life decision, he had already felt the room be still, the sound of the pillar on top of the boat blow its last steaming whistle, and the attendants at his door with hands open for either a tip or a kind gesture to lead him from the lower vessel’s complex maze of halls and rooms and to the surface. Of course, it was the latter as the young violet haired boy had let his vision travel back to the small icebox that was rummaged through. His depressing mood was silenced by filling his mouth with a large amount of food that was scuffed down from binge eating. Even if it was a dietary assortment of sandwiches and punch, there was little “health” involved as he could still wipe away some of the crumbs with his right sleeve.
“T-Thank you…” he had spoke lowly while pressing a few hundred yin pieces into the palm of the young man.
The ship was larger than he remembered. The moment he walked on the plank, he could barely still believe he was on such a large boat. It was his first time, and he honestly still felt nauseous. Upon first glance, it had seemed like a massive monster to the shy boy. After getting off now, it seemed like one that chewed him up and spit him out on a rock that promised more misery than the belly of the beast could offer as it supplied him with endless worry, uncertainty, and fright at going to new places. Xenneth was usually excited, or thrilled to go to other places, but he was not one to stay for very long. However, this seemed different. He would have to finish his education here for the next two years picking up on some medical books while with them, a game known as “Duel Monsters” which he showed a knack for according to mentors and Kaiba Corporation talent scouts.
Curse them! Curse the Gods for making his gift for “statistics” into a downfall that came back in spades.
Xenneth played Duel Monsters, once or twice if he recalled his sweet mother to mind, but he buried that along with the pain seeing she had been deceased under mysterious circumstances. Under “mysterious” it was not understandable. She was considered gone, non-existent, not of this world according to the local investigation and international, much similar to his father who was non-existent according to himself as he narrowed his eyes making all trace of sadness vanish.
He took a step away from the plank to leave that hatred where it rooted and trampled it with his steps of curiosity that drew him towards the school.
The school seemed to small from where Xenneth stood. From the array of warehouses and storage areas, the boy could make out a single large building with a round body. Three domes atop of it signified the colors of the classes. He had not understood this thoroughly. He had only picked up his right hand, tugged at his yellow uniform once or twice as he had tried to think what the treatment of a “Ra Yellow” student had meant. Second class, surprisingly enough to him, was what he passed at because of his Medial Skills and experience with numbers. He only obtained victory through luck and miracles, whether in life or dueling.
“An astonishing fall through gift” they had described it as before slipping him into the yellow uniform. He had only one card to think, and that was his very last gift from his mother.
“Nurse Reficule,” he had whispered lowly, “I wish you could speak to me…or…”
His right hand shuffled through his pocket only to draw a single card from the top. It was the only card he had kept there as he stared at it long and hard. The image of the Nurse with her flowing bandages in the art had been an eerie sight, but to the young violet haired child, it was quite comforting because of the memories where he had seen it so many times. Whether it was slapping it across the table across from his auntie Chezza, or having young Rosetta describe her as “beautiful” somehow, the card had never ceased to be a comfort to him. Even when he experienced “that,” he had simply thought himself crazy.
Just like now, he had tossed away the benefit of the doubt, tucked his card away and presumed he was thinking nonsense. His favorite card did not talk to him, just like people who were near him. Simply, he did not exist, just like the very images on the cards that he found comfort in. He was there to reassure when in scrubs and had bandages in hand, just like Nurse Reficule was with her very image on the card that reprieved him of his lonesome reality. Walking forth amongst the maze of warehouses, losing himself in direction, he did what he always had done at these times…
Just hoped things worked out in his favor.
