I would like to set a few ground rules before everything gets started.

1. Do not God-Mod it ruins the RP experience for other members
2. cussing will be allowed to a point but should be kept to a minimum
3. In order to RP YOU MUST have an approved character
4. if you have an issue with a member send all pertinent information to a member of administration
5. Do not ask to be staff as positions open in the future applications will be taken and considered at the discretion of the Admin team.
6. Everyone is allowed two characters. One original and one cannon.
7. EBGs(Earthbound Gods) are Dark Signer exclusive cards. Only they are able to use them. Each Dark Signer has their own EBG, so if you're going to play one, make sure it's the one you want.

If activity does drop, there still will be a limit on characters, but that limit will increase.

edit to rule 6 as follows

do to the limited scope of RP'ing a Dark signer. I am editing the rules to reflect this change

Everyone is allowed a total of 3 characters 1 original character (custom) 1 Cannon (yusei. etc.) 1 Cannon Dark signer (Rudger,Misty.. etc)

edit to Rule 5. invitations to the position of admin/moderator will be issued in the form of a P.M from either myself or Reimi. decisions will be based on activity on the forum. neutrality in all ruling questions/arguments. etc.

Lunarachne: I would say that Pendulum and their zone is understandable for me, and not as big of a change as the Link is, as link requires certain applications in certain positions as far as I know. The problem I have with Link is actually the two Special Summon slots Aug 18, 2021 12:01:31 GMT -7

Lunarachne: as that is what lead to a lot of abusive mannerisms which broke a decent amount of economy, as you can only Pendulum summon once per turn, and it has a lot more limiting factors that prevent it from being easy to break consistantly. Aug 18, 2021 12:02:15 GMT -7

Divine: true, I haven't actually played the actual card game in several years. so I have a hard time understanding the summoning conditions of pendulum monsters. but given a bit of research I could figure it out. Aug 20, 2021 11:01:03 GMT -7

Divine: it feels so invigorating to work on Drakl again after the years. it feels as though a missing piece has been found. I have a few ideas on how to weave a story around it. so exciting!! Aug 20, 2021 11:15:00 GMT -7

Lunarachne: I will take a look, also Pendulum is easy enough, as it is treating two monsters as "Spell" Type. Their pendulum level makes up the scale, with the limit between the lower and higher number presenting the limitation on levels for summoning. Aug 21, 2021 19:57:46 GMT -7

Lunarachne: They also have effects that can be used from the pendulum zone, and for some reason pendulum monsters go to the extra deck when they die. Aug 21, 2021 19:58:06 GMT -7
