Biography:
Dr. King is cruel and ruthless, and he will use anyone (especially children) without care for them. He runs the King Foundation, but its really a front for his schemes. His Foundation helped and adopted kids, but the adopted children were really to be scapegoats for Dr. King's criminal activities, most of them never coming back. He can also be described as someone who hates to lose, he truly believes if whatever he wanted cannot be his, then he would destroy it.
Dr. King feels that he is more superior than all of humanity, claiming that both humans and their technology were weak and that he would be the fittest to rule both. He has stolen inventions as well as created inventions that make him seem like he is as well.
He uses Technology that makes him seem like a Psychic and can see the future. The tech is within the tattoos on his face. The tech he has within him is able to copy any power he has seen and scanned. He likes to use poker tricks and what seems to be luck (which he manipulates with the tech he has) to beat and to kill anyone who gets in his way.
He was from the future, helping in the project that Reimi was apart of. He sabotaged the project to make most of the subjects loyal only to him. But when he was found out he was taken off the project, and would be imprisoned. But before he was imprisoned he revealed he had invented a way to travel through time and escaped into the past then the machine blew up so they could not follow him. After that, he has been searching for ways to take over the world and found the card game that started the world as a good way to rule it.

Dr. King smiled as the boy sweated in fear. The boy reveal that he would go the police with enough evidence to lock way Dr. King forever but Dr. King blocked him from leaving and challenged him to a duel. If he won, he could go and tell the cops, if not, then Dr. King would do with him as he wished.
"It is now my turn," he announced. "But first my Field Spell's effect activates: If I can call what the card on the top of my deck is, and if I do, I can Draw 1 Card and inflict 500 Damage to you. I predict my card is... Russian Roulette." He said, using his tech to see the card. The boy bit his lip, hoping it wasn't that card. Dr. King drew the card, "too bad for you boy." He revealed the card, it was Russian Roulette. "Now I draw 1 Card and you lose 500 life points." The boy pulled back in shock as he lost 500 Lifepoints. Now he had only 1000 Life points. "Now I activate Russian Roulette. I roll a 6-sided Dice, and you call a Number, if I roll that number, you take 2000 damage, if I don't then I cannot Summon this turn nor take my Battle Phase." A dice appeared and began to roll.
"3" the boy called, really hoping he'd have the luck to be able to survive this turn. Just then the dice landed on 3 so if blew up in his Face, causing him to lose. "No... I can't believe I lost..." Dr. King walked right in front of him. "Now to cut the loose end..."
