"So you are one of these children then?" Jason asked. "That's more interesting, so you have some kind of dormant powers that are within you? That sounds really cool. What ancient race did they take the genes from? Do you know?"

(at Arcadia)
Divine arrived the ground floor. Took a sharp right turn and headed toward the medical wing. There was a small office nearby. He slid his badge and walked in. He locked the door and sat down in a reclining chair. He tried to relax. "I've never tried to control more than one person at a time" he thought as he rubbed his head and closed his eyes. Focusing intently on Luis and Shawn's minds. His control took hold and he could see and hear everything they could. He began the task of directing them toward the cafe.
(at the cafe)
Luis and Shawn arrived at the cafe. They knew their target and could see her and Jason conversing. They could see she was intently focused on their conversation. Luis walked up behind her and saw her cards were sitting nearby "perfect" he though as he grabbed them. Making enough noise so that she would notice. Shawn meanwhile was waiting by the door to grab her as he knew she would give chase after the thief.

Hearing noise, Reimi saw a man running away. Looking around, she saw her cards were no longer where she left them. Believing the man to be a thief, Reimi gave chase, trying to catch up. "Come back here!" she exclaimed, continuing to chase the card thief.

Jason noticed the thieves when they grabbed the bag of new packs Reimi had just bought. "Hey stop!" He said getting up. "Reimi!" He shouted as he got up as well. He got up quickly as well and began to run and caught up with Reimi "Let's go! I'm sure we catch them and get your cards back!"

Shawn saw that their plan had worked. The target had in fact given chase. As Luis passed Shawn at the door. He gave a quick nod. Shawn pulled out his duel disk. Being a psychic he can bring cards into real existence. He pulled out a card and placed in on his duel disk. "mirror force" he said aiming the barrier at Jason so that he could not interfere with their plans. As the barrier formed he smiled at Jason. "The arcadia movement appreciates your cooperation." he said as Shawn took off after Reimi in order to capture her from behind.

Unaware that her new companion couldn't provide chase, Reimi continued chasing after the thief, believing he would give up eventually. She didn't know where or even if, he would give up, but she wasn't going to give up the chase.

Jason immediately noticed that he was a psychic duelist but still ended up running into the Mirror Force trap. He then saw the other one going for her back. "The Arcadia Movement! Reimi watch out these are very bad guys! Be careful!" He shouted as he tried to hit through the Mirror Force but nothing worked. All he could now was watch.

Shawn looked back quickly seeing Jason trapped in the cafe. He took another card from his deck. "spellbinding circle" he said as he aimed it at Reimi. He quicken his pace as he waited to see if his second trap would be as effective as his first.

Looking behind her, she saw someone else chasing after her. Oh, great. Reimi thought. I'm chasing after the thief and someone's chasing me. This can't end well. "Come back here with my cards!" Seeing a circle form under her, Reimi was effectively stuck. She did everything she could do to try and escape, but she had no luck at all.

Luis stopped after hearing she was being restrained by Shawn's trap. He turned around and walked toward her "my my. Are you quite comfortable?" he jeered "try as you might, you will not be able to escape our psychic powers" he said "perhaps you want to wave goodbye to your friend before we leave?" Luis said. Shawn smiled as he grabbed another card. "this one is called teleport. I think you can figure out what it does" Shawn said with a smirk almost ready to activate it

Jason watched helplessly as the trap caught his new friend, locking her in a mid-step position. It was almost like someone pressed a pause button and she paused. "Reimi!" He shouted in vain. All he could do was watch them do whatever they were going to do. She was now caught within the Spellbinding Circle, and there was no way Jason could think of that could help to save her now... Not while the barrier was up.

"Why are you doing this?" she asked, looking at Luis. "What the hell did I ever do to you guys? I've never heard of whatever organization you're a part of." Strange world, strange events. It was as if this city wasn't keeping criminals locked up as much as they should. If she was in her own time, she knew the people of Earth all worked together. She didn't have any plans to change her bleak future, but she was considering it now.

"oh you never did anything to us. This is for your own benefit. Jason is trying to use you. Your a psychic, not strong yet.. But you have the power deep inside. And he is trying to use you for his own gain. We are here to save you. I'm sorry that it had to be in this manner but its the only thing I could think of" Luis and Shawn said almost in unison "claiming you can talk to duel sports is one thing. Anyone can lie. But we can show you how to do this" he said as he placed psychic sword on his duel disk. The sword appeared in the air seconds latter. Shawn grabbed the sword and swung it several times to prove his point before deactivating the card.

"Let her go!" Jason shouted. "Reimi, they're lying! They want to use you! Don't listen to them!" He yelled desperately, hoping she would hear him. "Why are you guys being cowards? If you want to face me, then let's dance but dont get others involved in my battle!"

With each of them saying the other side wanted to use her, Reimi was unsure of who to believe. "Let me out of here!" she cried, once again trying to free herself from the spellbinding circle. All she wanted right now to be free and away from this place.

Jason growled at this entire situation. Was there anything he could do? Suddenly a pulse went through his arm again. Something within him told him to play a card... Mystical Space Typhoon... Jason shrugged and pulled the card and his Duel Disk out. He activated his Duel Disk and placed the card in. "I activate Mystical Space Typhoon!" He called. Then a pulse of pain came through his arm as a Typhoon came up and destroyed the Mirror Force Barrier that was up. "What on Earth?" Jason mentioned as two more pulsations came through his arm. He grabbed his arm in pain as it brought him back to reality. "Now release Reimi!" He declared, getting ready to charge in there and save her himself.

Shawn looked back momentarily as Jason used a spell and destroyed the mirror force trap. "times up" he said to Luis. Luis nodded back to Shawn who then activated the teleport spell. As Shawn Luis and their captive began to teleport Luis said "don't bother to find us murderer. We will not forget. We will not forgive" moments later they were gone.

"Hey!" Jason attempted to stop them, but he was too late. They had already gone with Reimi. He closed his eyes, his hair covering them as he grimaced and punched a nearby wall. "What was that all about?" He wondered. 'And what was that power?' He thought. The card he had played became real... And why did they go after her? He wasn't going to get any answers here... It was time to go and wait until the next round while thought of some way he could save Reimi...
